Dobby is a tiny little guy.  He came to us from the local animal shelter and was horrified of everything.  He has come so far.  He is still a little tense in new situations and if another dog invades his space,  he will snap at them.  Kinda sounds like a typical chihuahua, but we love them anyway.  He adores his people and wants to be held of cuddled all the time.  All of our adoptable animals are up to date on routine vaccinations, microchipped and spayed or neutered.
