Hello Friends, my name is Penelope. I am just a sweet, silly girl. I love all my friends at the Texarkana Animal League. Penelope was one of our sweet dogs from the puppy mill dump back in November of 2016. She has progressed leaps and bounds. Penelope was once a scared, nervous little one, but now she is fun-loving and silly. She loves to play out in the yard here at the rescue with her friends. She can still be shy at times, but we know she will keep growing into the sweet pup she is. All of our adoptable animals are up to date on routine vaccinations, microchipped and spayed or neutered. If the animal is too young a certificate for the spay/neuter is included in the adoption fee. Please CLICK HERE to complete our online adoption application.
Many of our animals can be seen at our adoption center located at 5820 Richmond Rd, Texarkana, TX on Saturdays between 10 am - 3 pm. We also have cats available in the Cat Adoption Center inside PetSmart - Texarkana. To make arrangements to meet any of our animals, please call us at 1-877-525-4825, option 2.
