Palmer was a part of a puppy mill dump.  She is somewhat reserved at first, but once she learns to trust you, Palmer loves to snuggle, appreciates loyalty, and would make a wonderful best furry friend.  This sweet girl deserves a loving home of her own where she can learn what it means to be treasured and spoiled.

*****For Adopters who own or rent a house  (not an apartment), a fenced yard is required.*****

All of our adoptable animals are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and on flea/tick/heartworm prevention.  If the animal is too young to be altered (6 months or under), a certificate for their spay/neuter surgery is included in their adoption fee.  In accordance with Texas Health & Safety Code §828.002, sterilization is a mandatory requirement of adoptions through humane organizations and is included in our adoption contract.

Many of our animals can be seen at our Adoption Center located at 5820 Richmond Rd, Texarkana, TX on Saturdays between 10 am - 3 pm.  We also have cats available in the Cat Adoption Center inside PetSmart - Texarkana.  To make arrangements to meet any of our animals, please call us at 1-877-525-4825, option 2.
