Old Navy was found in the parking lot at Old Navy where it appeared he might have been dumped.  He is very well socialized - a sweet cat who likes people.  Texarkana Animal League took him to find him a forever home.  He is neutered, microchipped, & current on vaccines.  Old Navy obviously is used to being with people.  He misses human contact.
