Hello!  My name is Otis and I am one spunky character!  I love to play outside and take a dip in the kiddie pool here at the rescue. You will always find me with a smile on my face, especially if you are petting and playing with me. :)  My brother Barney and are both here and waiting for our forever homes!

Otis has a spunky personality and loves to play! One of the most noticeable things about Otis is his love for water; he loves to go swimming in the our 'lil backyard kiddie pool.  We rescued Otis from our local shelter here in Texarkana.  He was a nervous fella when we first received him; however now he has really blossomed into a fun loving character.

All of our adoptable animals are up to date on routine vaccinations, microchipped and spayed or neutered.  If the animal is too young a certificate for the spay/neuter is included in the adoption fee.  Please CLICK HERE to complete our online adoption application.
Many of our animals can be seen at our adoption center located at 5820 Richmond Rd, Texarkana, TX on Saturdays between 10 am - 3 pm.  We also have cats available in the Cat Adoption Center inside PetSmart - Texarkana.  To make arrangements to meet any of our animals, please call us at 1-877-525-4825, option 2.
