This sweet boy is ready for his furever home!  Buddy has stolen the heart of volunteers at our rescue.  After being found on the side of the road, it took a few days to rescue this scared dog.  Once he was in our rescue, he warmed up quickly, soon he was all about getting love from the TAL volunteers.  Buddy spends his days with his foster sisters where he gets to get lots of play time and a cozy doggy bed to rest.  

Buddy has the best personality.  He has the sweetest manners - doesn't beg and politely takes his treats.  Buddy is quite the love bug but not pushy. Since Buddy is still young he can be a bit energetic, but nothing out of control.  Since Buddy was left on the side of the road, he does get slightly nervous around new people but warms up once he trusts you.  He likes to be cradled in his foster mom's arms so his belly and chest can get rubbed! 

Buddy would do great in a home where he could have a playmate.  He enjoys playing with his foster sister Sassy.  He needs a fenced yard to do some running and basking in the sun.  It took a few days to get Buddy into the routine of going outside to potty, but now he is fully house trained.  When his foster mom goes to work, Buddy knows its time to get in his crate and sits there patiently for his treat.

The family that gets this sweet boy are going to be truly blessed.
