Mickey was found when he was about 5 months old hit by a car and had a broken leg.  He was taken to the vet by his rescuer and because of the cost he didn't pursue treatment for the break.  about 3 weeks after finding him injured the rescuer ask TAL to take him.  His leg had begun to heal but was out of alignment.  Only option was amputation of the leg and it was decided to allow the leg to continue to heal as it was. At this time it is very stable and believed that it should be of no further trouble to him. (of course there is the possibility of arthritis when he is older)   Must be an inside cat.

He is a precious little man, very affectionate and loving to humans and other cats.  Loves to play and absolutely is not slowed down by his injury.
