Jasper was brought into the courthouse by a lady who had found him.  She surrendered him to Texarkana Animal League.  Jasper was fostered by a very good TAL foster who bottle fed him.  He is neutered, microchpped, & current on vaccines.  He is very playful and good natured.  A very sweet kitten - curious and affectionate with humans.

 

All of our adoptable animals are up to date on routine vaccinations, microchipped and spayed or neutered.  If the animal is too young a certificate for the spay/neuter is included in the adoption fee.  Please CLICK HERE to complete our online adoption application.
