Dobby is a precious little kitten who was rescued from an outside tool shed where he was found alone.  He had a badly injured tail that required amputation and medical treatmnet.  He has been in his rescuer's home since that time and is doing great.  He is an absolute doll and his foster describes him as "the best kitten ever:"
