Dottie is a beautiful sweet little tricolor spotted chihuahua rat terrier mix with the sweetest disposition ever. She is housebroken and calm and seems to get along with cats, dogs and all people she meets. She is just precious and is looking for her forever home. She appears young at probably anywhere from 1-3 years old at the most.
