Penelope (with her sister, Priscilla) was dumped as a baby the week of Thanksgiving.  Texarkana Animal League was contacted by the business who found Penelope and her sister.  They have been in foster with TAL since 11/23/22.  Spayed, microchipped, and has had all her 1st year vaccines.  Penelope is a precious kitten with a great personality.  She is very playful, affectionate, and loving.

 

All of our adoptable animals are up to date on routine vaccinations, microchipped and spayed or neutered.  If the animal is too young a certificate for the spay/neuter is included in the adoption fee.  Please CLICK HERE to complete our online adoption application.
