Australian Shepherd / Mixed (short coat) : : Female (spayed) : : Young : : Small Learn more about the Australian Shepherd.
Mona is a well mannered, loving young lady. She is very calm and behaves nicely indoors. She appears to be house trained, if allowed to go outdoors on a regular basis. She loves everyone she meets, likes kids and doesn’t have any big problems with other dogs. Mona wants to be a house dog and deserves that. She loves people and wants to be with them, not stuck outdoor and forgotten. Mona was found very pregnant in a parking lot off Arkansas Blvd on November 13. Texarkana Animal League and others tried to find her owner with no luck. She delivered her puppies 6 days later. She is a aussie mix around 2 years old. Her adoption fee includes all of her shots, spaying, worming and a microchip. All of our adoptable animals are up to date on routine vaccinations and spayed or neutered. If the animal is too young a certificate for the spay/neuter is included in the adoption fee. Many times our animals are microchipped. Many of our animals can be seen at our monthly adoption events at the Texarkana PetSmart on the first Saturday and the third Saturday and Sunday of every month. We also have cats available in the Cat Adoption Center inside PetSmart. To make arrangements to meet any of our animals, please call us at 1-877-525-4825, option 2.
Texarkana Animal League is a 501c3 non profit and all donations are tax deductible.
