Roscoe is a very laid back, friendly little guy. He gets along great with other dogs. Roscoe loves to have his tummy rubbed. He is up to date on shots, neutered, and microchipped.
All of our adoptable animals are up to date on routine vaccinations and spayed or neutered. If the animal is too young a certificate for the spay/neuter is included in the adoption fee. Many of our animals can be seen at our monthly adoption events at the Texarkana PetSmart on the first Saturday and the third Saturday and Sunday of every month. We also have cats available in the Cat Adoption Center inside PetSmart. To make arrangements to meet any of our animals, please call us at 1-877-525-4825, option 2.
