Blackie was surrendered by her owner when she was no longer able to care for her.  She is a very sweet spayed female who has been living outside in a quiet neighborhood with several other cats and cared for by a kind neighbor.   She gets along well with people and cats.  She has had all of her vaccines and is ready for adoption.
