Thank you for your interest in one of our foster cats.  In order to adopt you must:

• Be 18 year of age or older.
• Have identification showing your present address.
• If renting, have the knowledge and consent of your landlord.
• ADOPTION DONATION and CONTRACT:  IF we approve you for adoption of a cat, you must be able to pay the minimum donation required for that cat and provide a signed adoption agreement.
• Be willing and able to spend the time and money necessary to provide training, medical treatment and proper care of the pet for the rest of its' life.

NOTE:  Completion of this application does not guarantee adoption of a Texarkana Animal League animal.
