Programs!

The Texarkana Animal League is busy helping animals in our community and we can use your help! Here are some of the programs that are available:

Spay Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP):

Available to qualifying households in Bowie, Cass, Little River and Miller Counties. Includes wellness check, vaccines, heartworm test, and spay or neuter for only $35 for cats, $50 for dogs.

Foster Care:

Provides a safe environment for animals while awaiting adoption. All animals in the foster care program are fully vetted prior to an adoption.

Adoptions:

At adoption events at PetSmart and ongoing adoptions in the PetSmart Cat Adoption Center.

Education Program:

Visit local schools and community centers to provide information about various animal related topics.

Donations are used to pay for daily expenses for the dogs and cats in our care at the TAL office, as well as to pay for vet care for foster animals & spay/neuter assistance to low-income households.
